Want to pop-test your own 24 Valve Injectors? It is nearly impossible without this special fixture which allows you to connect a standard pop tester to the 24 Valve injector.

This diesel injector pop tester is easy to use - just hold it one hand and tighten the connector tube first with your fingers, allowing the injector to center properly, then snug the connector tube with a wrench - just hand tight while holding the fixture by hand should be sufficient. Avoid over tightening. Finally, connect your injector pop test adapter line to the fixture's connector tube and proceed with the testing process. Remember to always wear safety glasses when using this Cummins injector pop tester!
