HFCM is Ford's abbreviation for "Horizontal Fuel Conditioning Module" which is a fancy name for the fuel pump / fuel filter assembly mounted on the frame rail.  Early trucks (before 9/22/03) had a three connector harness. All replacement Powerstroke 6.0 HFCMs only have two connectors, so when replacing an HFCM on an early truck you will need to update to this harness. The Ford HFCM harness is an exact replacement for all later trucks from 2004 - 2007.

This harness is manufactured with all OEM connectors and terminals to ensure good a quality fit and connections.
