The fuel pressure regulator mounted to the back of the 5.9 / 6.7 Dodge Cummins CP3 pump goes by a variety of names including:
MPROP
FCA
Injection Pressure Regulator
Fuel Pressure Regulator
Fuel Control Actuator

Regardless of the name, this is the pigtail / mating connector for it! This fuel pressure regulator connector is located fairly low on the engine and sometimes road salt and moisture combine to cause an unreliable connection which can cause a multitude of problems. We specifically remember one truck that had some odd intermittent issues. We finally found that if we reached down and touched the electrical connector on the MPROP with the engine running that the symptoms would change. Replacing the pigtail cured the problem!
