This fuel injector seal kit is offered for the first generation HEUI DT466 series engines. This fuel injector oring kit will not fit the early mechanical injector DT466, or the 2004 and newer G2.9 style injectors. Compare your injectors to those in the picture. They should look like a 7.3L Powerstroke injector with a two pin electrical connection and be located under the engine's valve cover.

The early mechanical injectors were located outside the valve cover and had no wire connection.

The later 2004+ injectors have a four wire connector and look like a giant 6.0L Powerstroke injector.

These are genuine OEM Alliant Power O-rings, Made in the USA. Aftermarket orings do not hold up in this application and fail almost like clock work at between 9 months and one year of service usually resulting in massive oil consumption. Don't waste your time on aftermarket orings / seals for this application!

Note that (2) sets of chamber / tip gaskets are included. One set is copper / the other set is stainless steel. Some DT466's came equipped with copper injector cups, others with stainless steel. It is important to use the washer type that matches the injector cups your engine is equipped with.
