LB7 Duramax Valve Cover bolts incorporate an Allen head and are notorious for rounding out during the removal process. It is advisable to void re-using partially stripped hardware which will only make the process that much more difficult the next time around! Our lower rocker box / valve cover bolt set incorporates an external hex head which is much stronger and less likely to strip plus being easier to work with than the originals.
