The fuel injector return line connectors are very fragile and easily broken on this TDI application. Unfortunately, the OEM dealer network only offers the full return harness which is quite costly at a list of around $150. We are now able to offer individual fuel injector fittings to get you back on the road at a much lower expense.
TDI injector return fittings come in two varieties - there are two-way "T" connectors and one-way elbows. Please select the one you need below.
Note that it is important to raise the white center portion of the diesel fitting before attempting to remove or install the fitting from the injector to avoid breakage.
Application Details
PLEASE be sure to check the pictures to be sure these are correct for your vehicle. VW/Audi use two different styles of return fittings in this era. The style of return fitting sold on this page plugs into the top center of the injector. There is also another style of injector with a return nipple "arm" that sticks off of the injector. The injector return fitting slips over it. This style is NOT offered here
